Dear Naturist Friend: Those who turned out for the August 20th public information meeting in Sunny Isles given by the County were very politely outspoken on issues of concern, asking pointed questions after the "standard" answer was given. Here's a link to our website if you'd like a complete report on issues covered, etc. http://sffb.com/masterplan.html So many people turned out they were standing in the corridors. Without your help, we would have seemed like an insignificant interest group that could be ignored by an insensitive government. Your support is truly appreciated and the love is felt. So what's next? The County Commission election in November will reveal who we'll be working with for the next few years. In preparation for that time, SFFB has been supporting those remaining candidates who want to reform the county commission as well as communicating with the sitting commissioners on our issues. Guide to the Naturist Beach  We use this booklet to educate the public on Haulover Beach, South Florida Free Beaches and the Naturist philosophy. We've handed out 30K so far. Their performances are known internationally for opening the urban terrain as a playground for not only nudity, but also rituals of alternative functions of touch, soundscape, and spontaneous movement. They’ll be showing their film "Incarnating for an Afternoon" featuring the 9th Annual Nude & Breast Freedom Parade. Marty Kent and Debbie Moore Kent, directors and long-time SFFB supporters, will be on hand to answer questions about the history of public nudity in Berkeley. Copies are available for sale.
